We, at Vestas Aircoil, are currently working towards digitalisation through various non-funded and funded projects in collaboration with the industries and academia. One of such projects is to collect measurements on an operating heat exchanger. Our two R&D specialists (Dr. Khem Gautam and Dr. Bilal Qadri, respectively) have several years of experience within digitalisation and are currently working towards realising a digital twin/shadow of our heat exchanger at Vestas Aircoil. The heat exchanger at Vestas Aircoil is currently equipped with several measurement equipment where the initial focus will be to capture flow and vibration characteristics to do model updating.
